Polishing process:

The crankshaft polishing machine is divided into 7 stations to polish the crankshaft:

1#Working station: polishing the end face of the counter shaft;

2#Station: Polishing of the thrust surface of the counter shaft shoulder;

3# station: A eccentric shaft polishing;

4# station: B eccentric shaft polishing;

5#Station: Spindle polishing;

6# station: secondary shaft polishing;

7#Working station: blowing and cleaning.
